muse \'myüz\ n [ME, fr. MF, fr. L Musa, fr. Gk
Mousa] (14c) 1 cap : any of the nine sister
goddesses in Greek mythology presiding over song and poetry and the arts
and sciences 2 : a source of inspiration; esp : a guiding
genius 3 : POET
In honor of her contributions to the entertainment of the Web and her
skill at doing so, I have decided to make Eve my muse of the Web.
Each muse has her own unique forte, and I believe Eve's is the Web
itself. As my muse, she is my inspiration for developing new and unique
items, as well as serving as a guide on my journey. Eve is primarily
defined by the second definition of muse, a source of
inspiration, but I believe she partakes of the other two as well.
From time to time, I feel the need to express myself in ways
that I don't normally indulge in, specifically writing poetry. I've found
that by doing this, I am able
to more accurately express myself. It also helps to clarify my own
thoughts on a subject. In conclusion, it's just something that I do, and
place them here for your perusal for no particular reason other than
that I can.
